Mark Filidei, DO
Dr Filidei received his medical degree at the University of North Texas Health Science Center and completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Tulane and Brown universities. Dr Filidei has extensive experience in functional medicine, bioidentical hormones, prolotherapy, and anti-aging medicine. He also serves as director of our laboratory and radiology departments.
Sima Mirhashemi, DO
Dr. Mirhashemi is an honors graduate of the University of California, Irvine and the Western University of Health Sciences. She completed her residency training at the University of Southern California.
Grace H. Chang, MD
Dr. Chang graduated from the University of California, Irvine College of Medicine and completed her residency at a UCLA-affiliated hospital.
Deanna Windham, DO
Dr. Windham is a graduate of Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her internship at Brooklyn Hospital and her residency in family practice at Chino Valley Medical Center. Dr. Windham heads up the Whitaker Wellness hyperbaric oxygen department.
Daniel Farrier, MD, CCN
Dr. Farrier received his medical degree from the University of Texas (Galveston). Trained in internal and emergency medicine, he also holds designations of Certified Clinical Nutritionist and Doctor of Integrative Medicine. A former core faculty member at Capital University of Integrative Medicine in Washington, D.C. Dr. Farrier has a wide breadth of training in non-conventional approaches to disease.
Ilan Kuperman, MD
Dr. Kuperman graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rice University and earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Memorial Family Practice Residency Program, where he received awards for outstanding teaching and patient care. Dr. Kuperman has extensive experience in integrative medicine and considers the whole person when treating his patients.
Vicki Weissler, LAC, OMD
Dr. Weissler is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and a board-certified licensed acupuncturist. A graduate of the International College of Oriental Medicine in England, she has practiced acupuncture for more than 25 years in medical offices and hospital settings.
Zengshun Wang, Licensed Acupuncturist
Dr. Wang graduated from Zhongshan Medical University in 1976, where he studied both western medicine and acupuncture. He continued his education in cardiology at Beijing University. In addition to practicing acupuncture, Dr. Wang also supervises the Whitaker Wellness Institute's diagnostics department.
Brian J. Porteous, DC, QME
Dr. Porteous, a graduate of Cleveland Chiropractic College, has been practicing chiropractic care for more than 30 years. He is a past president of the International Chiropractors Association of California and has been awarded a prestigious Fellowship by the Palmer Academy of Chiropractic.
