Improvements in Osteoporosis

I have received Health & Healing and have taken Forward Plus since 1996 which has made a difference in my health. I have osteoporosis and I changed my diet, and walk almost everyday. There has been improvement in my condition.

I was on allergy shots for 18 years; after I went on Forward Plus I was able to discontinue the shots for which I am very thankful. I have flaxseed everyday. I am thankful for my lifestyle and the energy I have.
